2-1-1 Tampa Bay Cares, Inc. would like to announce that the conversion of the Tampa Bay Information Network (TBIN) to the new 5.0 version of the system is complete and went live this morning.
The new 5.0 version of the TBIN includes:

- Link to Last Viewed Records
- Client Summary Page
- Client Photos are Prominently Displayed
- New Services Dashboard
- and much more
All users who have attended a pre-training class and completed their testing have been granted access to the new system to begin entering data. Pre-training class feedback was positive and met with much excitement about the changes. We are excited for everyone to get access to the upgraded system.
