The Pinellas County Coalition for the Homeless, Inc. (PCCH) is an independent, community-based, tax-exempt, nonprofit organization whose mission is to serve and support the communities, agencies, and organizations concerned with homelessness by providing community education, advocacy, program support, capacity building and technical assistance. The Homeless Leadership Network (HLN) is a planning body comprised of elected officials, community leaders and institutional representatives whose purposes are to address homelessness issues in Pinellas County from a policy perspective and generate community support for the Ten-Year Plan to End Homelessness in Pinellas County. For more information, click here.
