Entering and Updating Existing Client Information

This training will showcase how to begin services and enter clients into programs who have existing profiles in HMIS.

 

How to :

• Conduct an intake for a client already in HMIS.

• Household changes, including Head of Household,

• HUD Verifications; Changes in Income, Non-Cash Benefits, Disabilities and Medical Coverage.

• Viewing Interim Updates

• Data quality corrections

• When to request help
