Data & System Performance Committee has changed its meeting format to fully virtual beginning in August 2026 and continuing through the remainder of the year.
The committee will continue to meet monthly on the third Thursday of each month, with virtual meeting details provided in each meeting invitation.

The Data & System Performance Committee (DSP) coordinates HMIS data collection, reviews systems performance measures, and reviews all PIT/HIC/LSA data. The DSP Committee also scans the environment for best practices and innovations to assist with evaluating outcomes of the Pinellas Continuum of Care (CoC). This line of work develops and executes strategies to the system and service performance to drive data-driven decision making and foster transparency. The DSP Committee has the authority to establish program subcommittees as appropriate.
The objectives of the DSP Committee are to:
Establish performance targets in consultation with recipients/sub-recipients;
Evaluate outcomes for ESG and CoC Projects for reporting to HUD
Measure system performance
Ensure consistent participation of recipients and sub-recipients in Pinellas HMIS
Approve the Pinellas HMIS privacy plan, security plan, and data quality plan; and,
Conduct annual gaps analysis of homeless needs and services.
