Pinellas HMIS Q1 Agency Administrator Meeting
Join us for the Pinellas HMIS Q1 Agency Administrator Meeting on January 20. These quarterly meetings are our opportunity to bring Agency Administrators together to review what is happening across Pinellas HMIS, talk through current challenges, and make sure agencies have the information they need to support their HMIS users.
We’ll cover important HMIS updates, upcoming deadlines and requirements, data quality trends we’re seeing across the system, common Help Desk issues, workflow reminders, training updates, HUD expectations, privacy and security, reporting, and other changes impacting our agencies and HMIS users.
We’ll also continue our HMIS Myth vs. Fact discussions, using real questions and situations we see throughout the year to clear up common misconceptions and talk through the correct workflow.
This is meant to be a conversation, not just a presentation! Agency Administrators are encouraged to ask questions, share what they are seeing within their agencies, bring up challenges, and participate in the discussion. Chances are, if something is causing confusion at your agency, another Agency Administrator has run into it too.
Attendance & Participation Requirements
Agency Administrators are required to attend at least three of the four quarterly Agency Administrator Meetings each year.
If the designated Agency Administrator cannot attend, an approved Backup Agency Administrator may attend in their place.
Please register individually so attendance can be accurately tracked.
Please plan to attend the full meeting and participate in the discussion.
Bring your questions! General workflow, training, reporting, and data quality questions are welcome.
Client-specific issues should continue to be submitted through the HMIS Help Desk rather than discussed during the meeting.
Housekeeping
Please join from a computer or device where you can actively participate. Cameras are encouraged, but not required.
Please keep your microphone muted when you are not speaking, but don’t be afraid to unmute! Questions and conversation are encouraged throughout the meeting. You can also use the Teams chat or raise-hand feature at any time.
Meeting materials and important follow-up information will be shared following the meeting as appropriate.
Accessibility
This meeting is conducted virtually through Microsoft Teams. If you are deaf or hard of hearing, please contact the Florida Relay Service at 711 as soon as possible.
If you need an accommodation to participate or would like to submit a question in advance, please contact Heather Nix at hnix@hlapinellas.org.
