Training Description (Teams Webinar)

The Entry–Exit Workflow Training provides step-by-step instruction on entering and maintaining accurate client data in Pinellas HMIS for programs that require project entry and exit.

This training is role-based and intended for users responsible for enrolling clients, completing assessments, entering services, and exiting clients from programs.

This training covers:

  • Creating and updating client profiles

  • Searching for existing client records

  • Release of Information (ROI) requirements

  • Completing program/project entry assessments

  • Creating households

  • Assigning Head of Household and relationships

  • Entering HUD Universal Data Elements (UDEs)

  • Completing project-specific data elements

  • Assigning case manager

  • Entering services

  • Setting goals and entering case notes

  • Completing interim updates

  • Completing program/project exits accurately

*HMIS 101 is required before attending this training.

Housekeeping & Participation Requirements

  • Please join the training on time. Users who join more than 15 minutes late will need to register for the next available session.

  • Participants should be prepared to follow along and take notes.

  • Use the chat feature to ask questions throughout the training.
