Training Description (Teams Webinar)
The Rapid Re-Housing (RRH) Workflow Training provides step-by-step instruction for staff responsible for managing RRH program enrollments, services, and financial assistance in Pinellas HMIS.
This training is designed for users who work in housing-focused programs that require accurate tracking of enrollment, services, and exits.
This training focuses on RRH-specific workflows and builds on the foundational concepts covered in HMIS 101.
This training covers:
Creating and updating client profiles
Searching for existing client records
Managing households in RRH projects
Release of Information (ROI) requirements
Completing RRH program/project entry
Entering HUD Universal Data Elements (UDEs)
Completing RRH-specific project data elements
Assigning and updating case managers
Entering RRH services and financial assistance
Setting goals and entering case notes
Completing interim updates
Completing RRH program/project exits accurately
Completion of HMIS 101 is required prior to attending this training.
