Training Description (Teams Webinar)

The Rapid Re-Housing (RRH) Workflow Training provides step-by-step instruction for staff responsible for managing RRH program enrollments, services, and financial assistance in Pinellas HMIS.

This training is designed for users who work in housing-focused programs that require accurate tracking of enrollment, services, and exits.

This training focuses on RRH-specific workflows and builds on the foundational concepts covered in HMIS 101.

This training covers:

  • Creating and updating client profiles

  • Searching for existing client records

  • Managing households in RRH projects

  • Release of Information (ROI) requirements

  • Completing RRH program/project entry

  • Entering HUD Universal Data Elements (UDEs)

  • Completing RRH-specific project data elements

  • Assigning and updating case managers

  • Entering RRH services and financial assistance

  • Setting goals and entering case notes

  • Completing interim updates

  • Completing RRH program/project exits accurately

Completion of HMIS 101 is required prior to attending this training.

Housekeeping & Participation Requirements

  • Please join the training on time. Users who join more than 15 minutes late will need to register for the next available session listed on the Community Calendar.

  • This is a live, interactive training. Participants should be prepared to remain engaged and take notes.

  • Use the chat feature to ask questions throughout the training; it will be monitored during the session.
