The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) released the FY2026 Continuum of Care (CoC) Program Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO).

The Homeless Leadership Alliance of Pinellas (HLA), serving as the Collaborative Applicant for the Pinellas CoC (FL-502), coordinates the local process for applying for funding through the HUD CoC Program.

The Applicant Conference will be held on June 24, 2026.

Organizations that are unable to attend the live conference must view the recording and email confirmation to CoCNOFO@HLAPinellas.org to satisfy the Applicant Conference requirement.

The Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse (Clearinghouse) maintains background screening results for individuals working in roles that serve vulnerable populations, as required under Section 435.12, Florida Statutes.
