The Lived Experience Advisory Committee (LEAC)

The Pinellas Continuum of Care (CoC)'s Lived Experience Advisory Committee (LEAC) is working to:

  • Improve programs, services, and resources available to individuals and families experiencing and at-risk of homelessness in Pinellas County;

  • Advocate for positive change; and

  • Reduce the stigma towards homelessness and housing programs.

LEAC members include individuals ages 25+, while YAB’s members are all ages 24 and younger. All LEAC and YAB members have experienced homelessness in Pinellas County during the past 7 years.

LEAC meets on the 4th Thursday of every month. Meeting dates and locations will be posted here and on the HLA’s calendar.
